Fr. Nick Knisely has asked my husband (Dave Howell) and me to contribute to this blog, while he’s blogging from from General Convention.

I am the associate priest at Trinity Episcopal Church.  Truth in advertising leads me to confess that I am also a spiritual director, so my bias is that we ought to be praying more about the issues confronting each other, and praying more for those with whom we disagree, before we speak and act.

In addition to being an accountant, Dave is a freelance entertainment journalist, both for our local paper, The Morning Call, and for a number of ezines.
